ProLevel Privacy Policy

TonyBytes ("we", "us", or "our") built the ProLevel app as a free app supported by advertising. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our app, and the choices you have associated with that information.

By using ProLevel, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

ProLevel does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or any other personal details to use the app.

The app accesses the following device features solely for its leveling functionality:

• Device motion sensors - the gyroscope and accelerometer are used to measure tilt, incline, and orientation. This data is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
• Screen wake lock - the optional Wake feature requests that your screen stays on while you are actively using the app.
• Device vibration - the optional Vibrate feature uses your device's vibration motor to alert you when a surface is level.
• Internet access - required to load advertisements provided by third-party services.

Preferences you set within the app (such as theme, units, and level zone) are saved locally on your device using standard browser storage. This data never leaves your device.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

ProLevel displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use certain information from your device to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This may include:

• Device advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
• Device type, operating system version, and language settings
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's Settings -> Google -> Ads -> Opt out of Ads Personalization.

Users who purchase the Remove Ads in-app purchase will no longer be served advertisements through the app.

We do not control and are not responsible for how Google collects, uses, or shares this data.

By using the app, you consent to the use of third-party services as described in this policy.

3. In-App Purchases

ProLevel offers optional one-time in-app purchases including Remove Ads, premium themes, theme packs, and tip jar options. All purchases are processed entirely by the Google Play Billing system. TonyBytes does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties, except as described in Section 2 (Google AdMob). We have no access to any data that AdMob may collect, and we do not receive any personally identifiable information from Google AdMob.

We do not retain any personal data. Any data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own data retention policies.

5. Children's Privacy

ProLevel is a general-purpose utility tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern as appropriate.

We do not knowingly allow personalized advertising for users under the age of 13.

6. Security

Since ProLevel does not directly collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers that could be breached. All app preferences are stored locally on your device and are subject to your device's own security settings.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not directly collect personal data, we are unable to access, modify, or delete such data. For any data collected by Google AdMob, you must exercise your rights directly with Google through their privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.
